Agriturismo Ninea
The "Ninea" farm is located near Tropea, a small village 9 km away from Tropea. We are in Calabria Region, near Vibo Valentia, close to one of the most beautiful sea in the area of Capo Vaticano which overlooks the beautiful bay of Santa Maria. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and is close to the sea. In a few minutes you can reach the beach of Santa Maria where there is the equipped beach of a resort. The sea is 5 Km away where you can take advantage of the bathing facilities the Bay of Hercules. The plant has an agreement with the farm and has animation, parking and pool. Umbrella, chairs and use of the pool are all services included in the price.

Swimming Pool
The rural village is made up of semi-detached villas nestled within fifteen acres of land planted with olive trees, fruit trees and vineyards (on arrival as welcome gifts, guests will receive a bottle of wine produced by the company). The beauty of nature and the serenity of the place are the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday combined with the opportunity to participate in the activities of the farm and do nature walks and excursions. The property has a large swimming pool (25x15) and a children pool (15x8).

Bar and Services
The guests of the farmhouse can take advantage of the farm's products such as extra virgin olive oil, local wine, red Tropea onion, organically grown vegetables and seasonal fruit. The hotel also has an internal takeaway restaurant and bar. The common areas consist of a bar, a takeaway restaurant, a car park (partly covered), a playground for children, a large land and an organic garden. Umbrella, deck chairs and use of the swimming pool are all services included in the price.

Sea and Neighborhoods
Nearby you can explore the sea areas of Tropea, Capovaticano and the small village of Santa Maria. You can visit the town of Pizzo and Reggio Calabria, the Aeolian Islands and Taormina. The town of Tropea is at the base of Mount Poro plateau and extends to the sea (through the promontory of Capo Vaticano) on the beautiful beach of Capo Vaticano. Interesting seabeds rich in fauna can be found in Formicoli. Fascinating the views of the beaches of fine white sand can be seen in Grotticelle, Riaci and Tono.

Apartments
The apartments of 60 square meters, are distributed in duplexes. Each villa consists of 2 apartments divided as follows: 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, large covered porch and garden. All apartments are equipped with hairdryer, safe and timed air conditioning. Openings from 28 April to 2 October. During the months of July and August we only accept reservations for whole weeks. In all other periods the minimum booking is for two nights.
