Agriturismo Il Casotto
Our farmhouse is in Chiusi della Verna in the province of Arezzo, in Tuscany. We make available wonderful farmsteads on the top of sweet hills, at nearly 450 metres above sea level, among the Valley of Casentino and the National Park of Foreste Casentinesi. The agriturismo is composed of three farmsteads, ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. Moreover, the farmhouse is in the context of a biologic farm that produces olives, fruits and vegetables.
Swimming Pool and Park
At the guests disposal a wonderful swimming pool (16x8 mt) with solarium area. It is surrounded by a wide garden, an healthy ambience where the children can play safe. Moreover, the solarium is equipped with sunbeds, parasols and loungers, ideal for those who desire holidays characterized by relax and wellness. The farmhouse is located within a fenced park of 20 hectares.
Surroundings
The farmhouse is in Chiusi della Verna in the province of Arezzo. Starting from the agriturismo it is easy to reach the most interesting towns of Tuscany. We suggest you to visit Firenze, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena and other important destinations as the Monastery of Camaldoli, "le Pievi" and the Castle of Casentino, the Santuario della Verna, and the Zoo Park of Pioppi.
Events and Farmstead for Rent
The agriturismo is the ideal location where to organize events and reunions. At your disposal a spacious hall of 150 mq. This hall is provided with totally equipped kitchen and sevices. Moreover, it is surrounded by a green area with tables, chairs and parasols. On request we can organize weddings and parties. Large groups of people can even rent the whole agritourism.

This farmstead covers 450 mq. and makes available 8 beds. At the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a totally equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor is composed of two double bedrooms and a twin with private bathroom, while the second floor, a suggestive little tower, has a spacious double room and bathroom with shower and whirlpool.
House "I Falchi"
The farmstead "I Falchi" (150 mq. / 8 beds) makes available two double rooms, a single room and three bathrooms. Moreover, at the guests disposal two living rooms with fireplace, dining room and kitchenette. The independent terrace offers a wonderful scenic view on the Tuscan countryside.
House "La Chiesina"
This accommodation covers nearly 140 mq. and it is ideal for couples and groups of four persons. The farmstead has a characteristic shape and it is composed of two spacious suites with double room, private bathroom, living room with fireplace and dining room with kitchenette. At the guests disposal an independent external area.
