Agriturismo Pian di Frattina
Our agriturismo is located on the hills surrounding Fabro, in the province of Terni. We are in Umbria, in a strategic position to also reach Lazio and Tuscany. The structure is an old farmhouse located on a panoramic hill from which three comfortable apartments have been created. The cottage, carefully restored, has a splendid swimming pool with a view that will allow you to relax surrounded by greenery, between woods and lush nature.

Swimming Pool
We are on the edge of the park of Monte Rufeno between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, in an old farmhouse on a hill with a unique panorama. The ancient cottage completely and carefully restored has a splendid panoramic swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. The farmhouse is located at 400 m above sea level, among woods, clay gullies and rolling hills in the vicinity of internationally renowned parks and historic centers. We rent apartments for an unforgettable holiday.

Surroundings
Our holiday home is located in the hilly countryside of Fabro, a town in the province of Terni on the edge of the Monte Rufeno park. Umbria offers many ideas for those who wish to visit characteristic villages. Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Marsciano and Todi are just some of the places close to our structure. We are also in a convenient area to reach places in Lazio and eastern Tuscany. Nature lovers can go to Monte Amiata, Lake Trasimeno, Monte Peglia or Monte Rufeno Park for hiking or mountain biking. Tuscan spas such as San Casciano, Chianciano and Montepulciano can be reached in a short time.

Services
The prices of our apartments include electricity, water, wood for the fireplace and stove, weekly and final cleaning, change of linen once every seven days, set of towels and bed linen, kitchen set. Heating in the autumn-winter period will be charged separately. Each apartment is equipped with various services, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, kitchen equipment and outdoor barbecue. Animals are welcome. The closest restaurant is only 2 km away with typical Umbrian-Tuscan cuisine.

Apartment Leccio
"Leccio", 2 + 2 beds, for 60 sqm distributed on the ground floor of the house. It consists of an equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa bed for two, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It has, like all the other accommodations, an outdoor area for outdoor dining. It is equipped with a fireplace, barbecue, direct access to the garden and a portico with round arches.

Apartment Olmo
"Olmo" covers 60 sqm and can accommodate 2 + 2 people. It is on the first floor and has typical finishes of the area such as wooden attic and terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It also has a fireplace and a panoramic terrace with loggia.

Apartment Tiglio
"Tiglio" is the largest apartment in the house and is on two floors for a total of 80 sq m and sleeps 4. Ground floor with kitchenette and living room and upper floor with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. Outside a delicious pergola ideal for meals and relaxation. It is also equipped with a large fireplace with the possibility of air heating and barbecue.
